The Bigfoot Whisperer Announces New Radio Show: What's Up Bigfoot?
Editor's Note: This is a post by Bigfoot Evidence intern Melloney TheEriduserpent. She lives in southern Spain and her various interests are herpetology, mythology, and ufology. Basically, everything supernatural.
Bigfoot Evidence is proud to promote the Bigfoot community as much as it can. In the past we have shown a lot of Rob Fairless "The Bigfoot Whisperers" videos and now we are here to tell you about his new talk radio spot. Rob´s got some special guests coming on and even a cooking spot planned, so make sure you tune in. It should be fun for everyone if his past videos are anything to go by.

ReplyDelete1 large onion, chopped
3 large garlic cloves, minced
1 red bell pepper, chopped
3 jalapeno peppers, chopped
1 28 oz. can diced tomatoes
1 15 oz. can tomato paste
1 28 oz. can chili beans
1/4 cup chili powder
2 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
2 lb. rattlesnake meat
juice from 1/2 lemon
Simmer rattlesnake in water and lemon juice for 1 hour, remove and separate meat from bones.
Combine de-boned meat with the rest of the ingredients in a crockpot and slow-cook for 6-8 hours, or bring to boil in large cooking pot and simmer for 2 hours.
Choke on it !

Ingredients:
2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oatmeal (I like steel cut oats)
1/2 c. flaxseed meal
1/2 c. toasted wheatgerm
1 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. granulated [white] sugar
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract or scotch whiskey
2 eggs
2 c (12-oz pkg) Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 c. chopped nuts (walnuts/ pecans)
Directions:
COMBINE flour, baking soda, salt, oatmeal, flaxseed meal, and wheatgerm in a small bowl. BEAT butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla in large mixer bowl. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition; gradually mix in flour mixture.
Stir in morsels and nuts. Drop by rounded tbl. onto ungreased baking sheets.
BAKE in preheated 375º oven for 9 to 11 min. or until golden brown. Let stand for 2 min; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
