Prince Edward Island Bigfoot Footage, Sped Up
According to Facebook Find Bigfoot's analysis, this footage from Prince Edward Island shows a genuine Bigfoot. It was reportedly filmed by a musician named Nathan Wiley in 2005. According to experts like FB/FB, it's one of the best Bigfoot footage to date.
The following video is was enhanced and sped up (97.03 & 29.63%s) by Brian Brown of Bigfoot Forums.

There are pelicans in Nova Scotia, so I see no reason why they wouldn't be on PEI. Odd thing though, is that Timmy refers to a "Northeastern" Pelican ... but there's no species with that name, correct? Wouldn't it be the Brown Pelican (we had those in New England) or the American White Pelican?
DeleteIn my opinion i think this is a hoax, watch the video closely, they try to make you thing this thing is walking on it's knuckles, but it isn't. The arm don't come anywhere close to touching the ground, Its just some person in a costume moving it's arms in a way it tries to make it look like knuckly walking. DeleteI'm new here in terms of posting, but I've been closely watching this website for about 6 months--GREAT work and a pat on the back to all the researchers who take this subject seriously. There is certainly far too much smoke for there not to be a fire in terms of the existence of this creature. Anyway, the reason I wanted to comment was to tell everyone to ignore Timmy the dipshit Troll. Obviously this guy has nothing better to do than debunk the topic out of pure fear and terror of the unknown. People like this have major insecurity issues that can usually be traced back to their upbringing. Kinda feel sorry for the guy. If you don't believe in something, fine! Big, baggy gorilla suit, running perpendicular to the camera, coming from the opposite side of the field the kid is running from and looking at. It's classic, i has most of the earmarks of a good many recent hoaxes. Just look at the side banner and see the frame form the Adirondacks, NY video, same sort of deal. Fake, fake, fake. The only thing missing is the monkey saying "Oooo, Oooo, Eeee, Eeee" as it runs!

Yeah, I'm not entirely sure what I think of the northeast bigfoot sightings. I mean, I'm not saying that it's completely impossible that there's something to it, but at the same time, the giant gap between the Pacific Northwest (and the isolated clusters through the midwest) and the northeast sightings seems kind of strange.

FB/FB does more harm than good. Ever see the adult squatch swinging in the tree by Timbergiant that FB/ FB insists is real. It's amazing that an animal that would exceed 400lbs is jumping around in a tree but the tree doesn't move at all. That tree wasn't that big. It probably was squirrels. This thing here is probably a crow or some other bird flying through the scene.

I've never heard the wheelchair hypothesis. That is intriguing. The head dosen't really move up and down like you might expect in a quad run. I also think the arms might move too fast relative to the overall speed of the subject. Could be a wheelchair. I had considered this one of the better videos because of the uniqueness (difficulty and creativeness of hoaxing a quad run), seemingly authentic reaction of cameraman, not anonymous, size, speed.... I am reconsidering.
If I had to guess, the original intention was not to create a Bigfoot hoax. I don't remember off the top of my head why but they needed to film a scene showing someone running,( running from something??) they get home, view the tape, say hey that looks like Bigfoot, let's try to sell it.

I thought it was a good video too, but the wheelchair theory blew me out of the water. I have to reconsider also. I have played wheelchair basketball and thats exactly what it looks like. I would expect the head to bob MUCH more in a true 4X4. Someone mentioned physics. I believe there is a brief amount of time where neither the feet nor the hands will be on the ground. At that point gravity would pull the head down just a little bit. And the head is almost TOO smooth throughout the whole sprint.

ReplyDeleteI posted the theory of the wheelchair and I am confident it is just that, the angle the "Bigfoot" comes in the screen doesn't sit well with me. The hoaxers prob laid wood boards down in the long grass because you never see its bottom half til the last 2 frames which seems a little fishy anyway. Pay close attention to the last frames it looks like the "bigfoot is off balance on two feet, hence he ran out of his wood boards and jumped forward out of the chiar, If not than "Bigfoot" isn't to smooth on two legs, evidence is there for a hoax, I am and Anthropology major and a believer in Bigfoot, but some of you want to beleive more than analizing the evidence in front of you.

ReplyDeleteYou guys have it wrong. There is no wheelchair. The grass is extremely short where the BF is running. It is NOT running in tall grass. It is a BF that has had it's legs bitten off by sharks, so it has nothing but butt stumps to sit on, so it "runs" by ambulating completely on its two front legs, resting on its rump in between arm strides. That's why it looks like a wheelchair gait, it has no legs at all.
