FB/FB claims their policy is to only show "real" Bigfoot videos, then turns around and posts a brand new fake one

We agree with FB/FB that Bigfoot hoax attempts are getting more and more sophisticated as "experts" point out the flaws in each new footage that comes their way. Fed up with all the hoaxes lately, FB/FB lists several reasons why hoaxing is dangerous and stupid.

Read below from Facebook Find Bigfoot:

Hoaxing. This one is not real. FB/FB has a policy to only show the real videos. Too many hoaxes to disprove. Here is an example of someone attempting a sophisticated hoax. Here is our advice.

1. It is dangerous, someone might shoot you.
2. It isn't that funny
3. You look like an idiot

Speaking of hoaxes-- Last year, FB/FB was hoaxed by a bunch of kids taping a "Man versus Wild" skit near their home. FB/FB confirmed through several points that the dark figure walking in the background was a Bigfoot. As far as we know, they have yet to retract from their position:

    I especially love how the guy said "rocks are being thrown" because it is typical of the BF "researchers"... you see something then you make it match what you want. Bugs=rocks being thrown....

    Ive yet to see one well thought out and executed hoax. All hoaxes up to now have been laughable at best, and yes that includes the PGF.

      Nonsense if PGF is a hoax it's an exceptionally well executed and elaborate one. Especially for it's time, when matierials were limited. Have you seen the zoomed and stabilised version? Especially the zoom on the legs the way the muscles and tissue naturally jiggle and respond to the sheer mass of the leg as it hits the ground, the suit would need to be filled with gel or something to get such natural response. The suit also allowed excellent mobilty and flexibilty to walk quite a distance at a reasonable pace. The hair is very well executed with the colour and length variations looking very natural.

      If PGF is a hoax then it's one of the greatest pieces of filmmaking ever IMO.

      That is not true. Mainstream science rejects it because of scant supporting evidence: i.e creature does not exist implies film is fake. Its not so easy to use the film itself to prove its a hoax and there are experts on both sides of that separate issue.

      What do you expect the butt of a large bipedal ape that generally lives in steep terrain to look like? The glutes have to help keep that massive upper body (even bigger in females if you include breasts and pregnancy/infant carrying) in an upright position whilst also helping drive those big thighs up steep terrain. Other apes don't have big glutes because they're not bipedal.

    Melba and I would like to go on record and say that we like the work done in all these videos. They are conclusive evidence of sasquatch. We are working with all of these researchers furiously to get the paper done by 2029.

    I don't think I've seen a video where FB/FB has called it a hoax, or at least inclusive.
    The dogs were a give away. The dogs were happily trotting along without a single alert going off.
    Camera guy obsuring vision with trees and branches.
    So many flags and so little time.
    They also got their asses whipped by kids.

This story was circulating the internet way back in 2004, or maybe as far back as 1999. Back when everybody was on 56k dial-up modems and a "Facebook" was just a regular book with directory listing of names and headshots. This story was so disturbing and so shocking that nobody believed it at the time. It was the Robert Lindsay " Bear Hunter: Two Bigfoots Shot and DNA Samples Taken " story of the time. And like Robert's Bear Hunter story , this witness didn't have a name. The only thing known about the witness is that this person was a government employee, anonymous of course. The author of the story was a science teacher named Thom Powell who believe it really happened and that the whole story was an elaborate cover-up. Powell said the anonymous government employee alerted the BFRO about a 7.5 feet long/tall burn victim with "multiple burns on hands, feet, legs and body; some 2nd and 3rd degree burns".
