The Heretical Bigfoot De-Enhances Melissa Hovey's Bigfoot Photo To Comply With FB/FB's 6 Point Confirmation
Is the Melissa Hovey photo of Bigfoot's back too clear? "It's just too freakin' CLEAR. Almost offensively, obscenely so," says The Heretical Bigfoot.
"By now you've all seen it and probably had your eyebrows singed off by the firestorm of controversy this image has generated, but bigfootologists and squatchbloggers in every camp-- from the hoaxer-in-a-suit to the real-deal-out-for-a-meal, from the neurotoxic rhododendron to the luscious loquat, from the sincere- investigator-just-looking-for-an-answer to the cackling-villainess-out-to-get-rich (Oh yeah, lotta bucks in the bigfoot biz, just ask my broker. Not.)"
To stave off the ongoing controversy within the Bigfoot community, The Heretical Bigfoot has gone through the trouble of "de-ehancing" the photo to make it more appealing to all sides of the camp:
"So in the interest of honest scientific inquiry and an effort to restore some semblance of order to a world shaken, stirred and completely unaccustomed to clarity and focus in imagery related to their elusive quarry, the staff of Heretical Bigfoot have contracted with renowned Sasquatometrist Dr. Evan Williams to reduce the image to acceptably viewable levels. Using the latest in his patented "de-enchancement" technology coupled with heavy ingestion of cheap beer and medical-grade marijuana, Williams will reveal the hidden mystery this picture so desperately needs to be embraced by all."

Why are we still talking about this? It's confirmed to be a photo of a costume from a movie.

This is just so amusing. If the pic would of been blurry to begin with, most would of shot it down because of that, now that this pic is clear it's being shot down because it's to clear, guess you just can't please anyone.

Why is it that a "possible" photo of a sasquatch pops up, and skeptics blast out "This is Obviously fake!!!!" and then some douchbag pops up out of the blue with "I know my movie costume when I see it." and you same skeptics instantly believe him? Isn't that just as gullible as believing the pic it's self?
ReplyDeleteNope, there are several things that seem suspicious about this photograph. The strange position of the subject yet no additional photographs showing it entering or leaving the frame. The convenient lack of a face shot which would be easily identified if it was a suit of some kind. Not to mention all the hullabaloo surrounding it. Saying it was "the best evidence since the PGF"...... It all points to a hoax. Heck when most of the big names even claim it's a hoax...it's prolly a hoax.

DeleteThe only thing for certain about this photo is that probably only one person, or a small group of people know what the hell it actually is and is not coming forward.
DeleteThe picture is such an obvious costume that if you cannot tell the difference, there is no wonder so many bigfooters get fooled. What you are seeing is latex rubber, air brushed with a little paint for color, with sparse synthetic fur applied. That's all. If Mellissa Hovey cant tell that, she should quit trying to pretend to be a bigfoot authority. Things like this separate the real players from the wannabes.

its not a suit, its the real thing. have u ever seen a bigfoot? I have in the southern united states & it looked very similar to this. when I first saw this photo it brought back memories of that foul odor as well. bigfoot seems very violent, I wish I had a gun when I saw it. I did hit it with a rock in the chest, but it threw rocks at me first. it kept growling too, I would shoot one in a minute, next time, next time.

ReplyDeleteSince all real bigfoot photographs are blurry I think the best way to differentiate bigfoot scat from bear or other animals scat is to photograph all scat in the woods and use the ones that turn out fuzzy as an identification tool for sasquatch. This theory is no less stupid than putting on a firworks show to attract a bigfoot. What will they do next.
