Erickson Project cracking down on Bigfoot toenail images?
Photo of the purported Bigfoot toenail found by Larry Jenkins near the Grand Canyon. |
We're not sure who was the person that ask The Crypto Hunters to take down the Bigfoot toenail photo, but this person must be serious. The Crypto Hunters on their Facebook page was forced to remove the picture, and they are forbidden to post any more Bigfoot toenail picture since Facebook deleted the photo for copyright violation. Rumor has it that Richard Stubstad was ask many times to remove the picture from his website, but Stubstad refused.
As of today, Robert Lindsay, Richard Stubstad and Bigfoot Evidence are some of the blogs who still have the photos up. To be honest, we're on our "toes" about this. We expect the Erickson Project to send us a take down notice very soon!
If we are told to take down the toenail picture, the Crypto Hunters has already gone through the work of creating an artist rendition of the Bigfoot toenail. Here is the image courtesy of the Crypto Hunters (the Crypto Hunters copyrighted the image!). We expect the Crypto Hunters to send us a take down notice as well.
Stay tune!

Update: Sources familiar with the matter are telling me that the Erickson Project is not to blame for the take down notices. I will not say who it is, but if you read this article (click here) by Robert Lindsay, you can probably figure out for your self which group is going around telling people to pull the images. Also, we thank the Crypto Hunters for letting us use their image of the Bigfoot toenail.
lol. You bigfoot people are insane! That is just a regular toenail. How do they know it doesn't belong to a human? Can you copyright a toenail? Seriously!
ReplyDeleteYou may use The Crypto Hunters Artist Rendering of the toenail(others should contact me via facebook). It's seems some "researcher" are trying to make sure bigfoot is kept hid. I can only think of 2 reasons a "researcher" would surpress info/pictures - 1. For financil gain or 2. Their Evidence is either faked or hoaxed.
ReplyDeleteThanks

Thanks Tom! Do you know if the person is connected to the Erickson Project in any way?
ReplyDeleteAfter some quick research ..here is what i have found - Now some things are coming to light...Alex Hearn(the person who got me to remove the photos) works with Tom Biscardi or at least post on his website...do i need to say anymore? Their "evidence" (aka-toenail) has been sent to Dr Ketchum DNA Project, and maybe other evidence for DNA analysis. So all this is really starting to smell like a big hoax to me.
ReplyDeleteNow he is stating i don't have the right to post pictures of dr.Ketchum, which is not true..she is now a public figure in most peoples book.
As for ties with The Erickson Project..not sure on that.
Thanks
Tom

Hearn said on a radio show recently that Ketchum's paper is not in peer review. That's not what others with connections to Ketchum are saying. Perhaps he no longer has any inside information (for a reason).
ReplyDeleteI'm going to put it up on my facebook. Fuck these guys, I want them to come after me. Bring it on!
ReplyDeleteWell, I'm not terribly impressed but perhaps that because its so curved. Seems that something with big toes would have a flatter nail. I've lost a toenail before and I have tiny toenails and it was still quite flat looking. I think it's funny that people are being fussy about it. Makes me wonder if it's all for show to make it seem more legit that someone is nervous about it getting out. You know, like when Paranormal Activity movie gets us all hyped up that they won't be shown in all the theaters and please picket to get it in your town or you'll miss the scariest movie of all time (you can't tell now, but I'm rolling my eyes and sighing).
ReplyDeleteThanks guys, I have been attacked by these people and by Matt Moneymaker in the past. Would be nice if you showed me some more support on my facebook page.

I over all like Tom Biscardi, but don't put a lot of stock in his research or anyone who works with him.
I'm just a normal guy who has always been interested in bigfoot, ufos, ghost and odd stuff, I'm not trying to hoax anyone or anything and have had several expericences myself with some odd things in this world.
Thanks

Biscardi has had a photo of the toenail online since Fall 2009. Larry Jenkins contacted him that summer and the photo might actually be from the first wildlife lab Biscardi sent it to. Maybe he recently took it down? Did you ever read JavaBob's description of the toenail "events" on the Searching for Bigfoot site? Under "Arizona Story" or something. Like it or not..when LJ finally got someone to pay attention to him and his toenail it was Biscardi. odd course this toenail has made, last claimed "rep" another self styled Biscardi wanna be and recently quite vocal about his tagalong role in all this. What happened after that? Doubt I will ever know...nor care really. I am very interested in seeing this darn paper and seeing an end to the speculation! If you haven't watched JC Johnson's video on the irrigation pipe you should (link of Bigfootencounters whats new page) I believe JC has those samples in as a result of a find by a family...relationships/availability he has cultivated in the four corners area.
ReplyDeleteWHO SAID IT WAS A BIG TOE, ARE YOU ASSUMING AGAIN?
ReplyDeleteI'VE POSTED A REPLY TO THIS ARTICLE IN MY NOTES ON FB:

BTW I'm the one cracking down on people using the photo, and I certainly don't have anything to do with the Erickson Project, WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT>DO YOU EVEN KNOW?
ReplyDeleteAlex hearn, Your facebook link don't work.
ReplyDeleteAlex Hearn has made facebook remove the Artistic rendering of the toenail from the crypto hunters page. This is new artwork and is not covered in his copyright of the photo. I would suggest that the crypto hunter start legal action ASAP.
ReplyDeleteAlex Hearn has a lot to say about the toenail here on a long thread he deleted sometime since posting and joining Biscardi, can't say it's so interesting except he claims the PG film is a hoax and Biscardi top drawer,
ReplyDeleteroll up your pants.

ReplyDeletedont know what the big deal is about removing the photo but anyway i can take anouther picture of it for post just have to ask larry jenkins permission first sorry about the anonymous profile not much of a computer guy
ReplyDeleteLarry won't give any permission to you or anyone else!
ReplyDeleteLarry has giving me complete copyright to all photos from the "Toenail Investigation" and his property there. Larry understands that no one else can show these pictures ATT. (I make him away every time we are together and he agrees; we were just at the Cabin again BTW.)
Larry is under the same obligation's as I am, so everything I do, I do on his behalf and he knows this.
BTW: While you people were playing on the computer (Nov,2011), Larry and I were at the cabin doing research.
The Crypto Hunters were forced to remove the Artist Rendering, because it was not a rendering (Drawing), but an actual tracing or filter scan of My © property.
You guys need to know the laws and facts. How many times do I have to post the link for you~LOL! You can't use the real photo to make a rendering~Hence why Facebook agreed with me~~~So Toche~on the LOL Tom!
Who's Laughing Now? The Crypto Hunters are gone from FB~~~No there's a big LOL-Damien, Shawn, Ro, Lupe do a story on that! :)
As to The person above or anyone that wants to know my story it's out there for you to see if you look hard enough. Also my Cell number and email is widely available~Ever thought of just asking?
As for people that would use someone else's material Tom, Lindsay, ETC. They are the lowest of the low and very Biscardi like if you ask me.
As for me being associated with TB anymore, well, Was I ever really? You might want to ask Steve Kulls about that and then maybe Tom B himself, instead of guessing. My first time with Tom, I saw him HOAX a photo? I was never with TOM, I was always trying to see THE REAL DEAL~LOL! Tom knows that, why do you think he hates me so much?
As per the Toenail Larry contacted Tom first. Tom dropped the ball! After I asked Tom for permission (and received it) to handle the Toenail investigation per Larry's request, Tom gave it to me. JC Johnson was basically informed ever step of the way when this was done, as he and I are close and he is the only one I trusted then and now. Larry then rescinded their association legally. That was in 2010. As for the Toenails association with the Ketchum Study, I have been handling that since early 2011, and officially signed into the study in June 2011.
As for my knowledge of the study, I no longer talk to DR Ketchum daily, there is no need. However if you go by past statements you will see that I am the only one that has always been right about the timeline and that includes the good DR herself.
The reason I denied the study was in peer review at the above mentioned time, was because that info was released w/o Melba's permission~accidently actually, due to a miss understanding after an interview that I arraigned, but it was not released by me!
As for the studies release date, I think you will find that I have been the only one that is saying it won't be right away, in 3 month's or any of the other false assumptions made by others. I have always said it will take a long time! The more amazing the review board finds the results~Well the longer they will ponder it. If it was anything but real (As Richard Stubstad has said all along), they would certainly have released their results by now.
As for Richard, well he now has permission to use what ever photos he likes~Check out www.azcro.net
Best Wishes,
Alex Hearn
