Are There Bigfoots in Western New York?

A woman records strange screams at 2:30am in the morning. "The screams sounded like a woman who had lost her child" she said. When they woke up, they discovered multiple footprints near their property.

What wakes you up in the middle of the night making hair-raising screams? What animal makes these noises and how come the only sounds that were anywhere similar were found on the internet in bigfoot sites?

    My dad has heard similar sounds like that really close to our house. He has lived in Oklahoma, Kansas, Connecticut and has heard a lot of wildlife but never like what he heard that one night. I played him some bigfoot recording and he was shocked by the similarity. Then I showed him this video of a coyote screaming: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gAvSsbs5GPg
    He said that was exactly it. He knows wildlife and has never heard a coyote sound like that. I have lived in Connecticut all my life and never heard it.
    So I think the recordings in this video is probably a coyote, but that doesn't explain the footprints or tree structures.

      Michaela's link is not to a coyote screaming, it's an idiot screaming.

      The "Bigfoot Screams" don't sound anything like a coyote or fox. But then it doesn't mean it's a bigfoot either.

      I live in cuba ny and heard screams and thought someone was being attacked. About 3 am went out my back door and saw a bobcat running towards me and then it took off.was definitely a bobcat.

BREAKING: Finding Bigfoot Production Company Seeks Filming Permit In Virginia

Rumors abound on whether or not Finding Bigfoot will continue, but hopeful news is on the horizon. Snake Oil Productions, the production company responsible for Finding Bigfoot, is seeking a permit for filming in the Monterey, Virginia area. Monterey lies between the Monongahela and George Washington National Forests. Definitely a good place to look for bigfoot. We can only speculate if this means Finding Bigfoot has been signed on for additional seasons, or if perhaps a new bigfoot show is in the works. We'll keep you updated on any further announcements for sure.
