We're no "Henry May" and it's times like this that we wish we had his number. DeleteSorry to hear that BigfootStudent. I have had trouble with insomnia for a couple of years now. I HATE it. I found type of melatonin that is slow release (naturopath recommended it). It has really been helping me sleep through the night the last couple of weeks. 3 mg prolonged release. If your insomnia becomes regular think about giving it a try. Wow I sounded just like a commercial! yikes!
