DeleteSure it does. People exposed to extreme elements do often experience hallucinations which they sometimes attribute to being real. Is it truly an outside voice or are they just interpreting their inner thoughts as such? In addition they could have mental problems or just flat out lying for attention. In any case they have no way of proving what they say is true.
