Listen: Dogman Encounters - Stay out of Hummel Park After Dark!

Stay out of Hummel Park After Dark!

In Omaha, NE, there's a place called "Hummel Park." People who live near Hummel Park will tell you it's a scary, mysterious place.

In this episode, Jim V. will tell you about a scary encounter he had one night, in Hummel Park. He'll also be talking about an encounter a friend of his had, in the park. That same friend gave Jim some very sound advice.

  1. Don't have the time right now to go into great detail but I LIVE in Omaha, Nebraska and am intimately familiar with that park and although some of what he says about the park background is sort of true it has ALL been greatly embellished and exaggerated. I will post more tonight when I have time however take this all with a grain of salt and remember . . . don't believe everything you hear because often the TRUTH is often more mundane than the story.

    1. Take your logic elsewhere. This is a bigfoot blog. We have no need for accuracy or truth here. Stories of old settlers diaries is all the evidence we need.

    2. You can't handle the truth sweetheart, that's why you're here every day.

  2. Listen, there is no reason to be afraid of dogman. If you want to go into this wood after dark for whatever reason, then just take some doggie treats and a stick to play fetch with. Throw some praises its way and you would have it wagging its tail.

However, be careful of the squirrelMan; he will go for your nuts. -_-

  3. Friedrich Robert von Beringe (21 September 1865 - 5 July 1940) was a German army officer.
Captain von Beringe, together with a physician, Dr. Engeland, a Corporal Ehrhardt, and twenty local troops with equipment and native porters left Usumbura in German East Africa on 19 August 1902. Their destination was the Sultan Msinga of Rwanda. They then headed north to the volcanic Virunga Mountains.[1] On 17 October 1902 he shot two large apes that were unknown to science at the time.
