    1. I second that and would add that my pony was quite amused with this cute little piece of news on this cheery Sat. morning, love to all!

    2. I'm positive this is a recycled post. Couldn't have been more than 2-3 months ago that this was originally posted.

Real slow Saturday for Bigfoot, eh?

    3. Eva, my pony has a google app on it's new i phone! Yes Anon, ponies are very pretty, thanx! Dan, are you such a nimrod that you would be bothered by my lack of creativity in using old posts from time to time? These old posts bring joy and good will to this mean and nasty site, shame on you! You are an evil and thoughtless man. My pony is nieghing at you right now!

    1. You sure are obsessed with Joe. He must have pwned you so many times that you have to write about him constantly in your helpless fits of retard rage.

    2. Would that be the same reason you're always on about JREF and skeptards? Because they demolish you daily?
      You and you're homosexual 'bigfeets'?

    1. Must be 1hr ahead of the UK.

      So France, Germany, Spain....

      MMG

    2. No.... in the UK.

That is when the show ends and the realisation will set in for joe that he got nothing and liked it.

    3. The show starts at 8pm UK time.

Just before the new series of Homeland premieres on the same channel.

Bigfoot goes bigtime in the UK.

I'm told that we'll get some Yeti results but not so much BF or Almasty.

    4. Sykes will not be delivering the 8 foot magic ape that footers fantasise about.

      Delete
    5. Surely if Sykes has Yeti results it would make bigfoots existence far more plausible xx

      Delete
    6. Not necessarily. And quit calling me Shirley.

      Delete
    7. MMG, what do yo mean by "some yeti results"? It exists or it doesn't and if it does I would think an announcement like that would be made at a press conference and not on a taped crypto show.....

Eva, if he confirms the yeti it is a modern victory for crytpozoology and makes the whole subject more plausible...

    8. This was massive news in Europe...

      http://www.telegraph.co.uk/culture/tvandradio/9848456/Richard-III-the-King-in-the-Car-Park-Channel-4-review.html

Nothing was conformed until the show aired.

      I smell FEAR.

    9. Abject terror..lol... I remember the Tower of London find, the story was reported in America, too..Anyway, I think he probably tested the scalp, the hand(tested once before), hairs from museum collections and maybe took a shot at getting dna from giganto teeth...Maybe he will say those hairs come from a primate, and that would be significant unless they come from one of those little snow monkeys....

      Delete
    10. ...BTW, Sykes specializes in human genetics..he could also have tested the dna of the denizens of the Himalaya's and learned something about them...

      Delete
    11. It wouldn't be significant seeing as there is at least 14 known species of primates in the Himalayas.

      Delete
    12. ...What do you think he is going to say, Dan?..

      Delete
    13. There's no evidence to suggest a 9ft 800lb primate is currently living in the Himalayans.

It's a combination of spiritualism, misidentification, cultural preservation, hoaxing, tourism.

Seeing as NatGeo has already mapped the mitochondrial and nuclear DNA of the local people and those of surrounding areas, I don't think it will be a human genome discovery.

At best he found a new subspecies of monkey or small ape.

No bigfoot though, oddly for a program entitled 'Bigfoot Files.'

      Delete
    14. Yeah, that is the kind of neutral result I've come to expect from these crypto shows..He will not say "This is a bunch of horseshit" on a bigfoot program. On the other hand, like my kids say "they never find anything.."

Thanks for the response and the info on the locals...

    15. Sounds like someone has seen this show already.

The reality is Dan is just projecting what he dearly hopes the outcome may be.

I notice a HUGE shift in opinion over at Jref HQ. Like Dan they know something will be revealed. They just hope it won't be the death of the cult that some FEAR.

      MMG

      Delete
    16. Mark, all the posts you make reference fear. What is up with that? Is that something inside your subconscious that just gets projected unbeknownst to you?

How in the blue hell could anything like the discovery of a new species instill fear? Regardless of a discovery, it changes nothing in the woods. It's like you believe that if it's discovered, all of a sudden a thousand bigfoot warriors will rise on the hill like an old western scene with some pan flute music playing.

Glad you pay attention to JREF and BFF, maybe if you stop thinking about fear constantly then you just might learn something.

The reality is that Sykes wouldn't destroy his lab, his own career, and become a laughing stock by skirting a paper worthy of scientific journal publication through a European version of Monsterquest.

Therefore logic demands he follow the same pattern of every other bump-in-the-night crypto program...a bunch of old stories, wild claims, and zero scientific identification of the cryptobeast they set out to look for.

That's why I say at BEST he identified a new subspecies or the like of a monkey or small ape.

      Delete
    17. No Dan, that's why you HOPE he's identified a new subspecies.

You may be in denial Dan but we both know there there is a small but determined underbelly of society that would be devastated by any positive findings from Sykes study.

When it comes to logic. Give me Professor Sykes over Dan Campbell any day of the week.

You cannot even get my name correct nevermind challenge the 'godfather' of DNA...

      MMG

      Delete
    18. I don't hope or expect jack diddly from another Monsterquest.

I don't surf the deep crazy of BFF or wherever else you ooze about, so I don't know of this 'underbelly' you speak of.

Again, you seem to be under the impression that if by some miracle Sykes shows something Yeti that thousands of bigfoot warriors will rise on the hill like an old western scene complete with pan flute music.

Sorry to knock your fantasy but it changes nothing...unless your bigfoot know and care about science and discovery...

    19. Daniel. If I could go old scool on ya. I'd order The Yeti Enigma on VHS. Or Betamax. Hell I would get it on 8 track for ya. No matter in which medium it reaches you, you must acknowledge a collateral relict hominid exists. And then....,.its curtains i tells ya

      Delete
    20. I don't have to acknowledge a collateral unknown hominin is amongst us because there has been no scientific evidence layed on the table which leads to such a conclusion.

Once there is unrefutable scientific evidence and/or a body, I'll acknowledge such a creatures existence.

    21. Adopting this mindset may give you a few extra months trolling Daniel but you can only cover your eyes and stick your fingers in your ears for so long....

  10. I'm asserting this is related to a fantastic human like creature that roams the woods in North America, eluding both accredited researchers and hunters for centuries. Please don't try to refute my assertion or you will be met with a barrage of sexual perversions from a menagerie of online personas.
