We Need An Expert's Analysis On This Photo From Ft. Defiance, AZ

We usually keep photographs sent in by witnesses private (because most of them are hoaxes), but this image emailed to us back in February is too intriguing and we need your help in identifying where this might be from. It looks familiar, but we can't quite recall where we've seen this photograph before . According to Cyle B., this is how he got the photo:

I have an image that I would like someone to analyze if you could. I did not take this. I received this 3rd hand, not really a believer myself but I am becoming increasingly curious. The person who sent the image to me works with me and claims that his nephew (or uncle?) took this photo with a cell phone in December 2012. The location the photo was taken was approximately 2 1/2 miles north of Ft. Defiance, AZ in a "pull-off" of the main road (Indian Route 7). The person that gave me the image claims that he returned to the area the following morning and tracked the footprints for several hundred yards before turning around. He didn't take any pictures of the prints to my knowledge but has told me before that he has heard several vocalizations in the area on many different occasions and there are many reports of sightings surfacing among the locals (mostly Navajo). Please let me know what you think of the image.

    Arms are too thin. You can't see the feet. The legs look like they pants. Looks like there is some muscle definition in the back, but can't say for sure.

    Only if it had even facing the truck, right? But then that would give it away.

    I'm Not sure Off this Photo. Why would it's behavior be as such, wouldn't it be facing headlights ? I have seen this Photo , But can't recall right off hand, sorry. I do see the definition in body, I can't comment weather it's real or not, just can't say and certainly if this is a Bipedal , It's Behavior to a car and Headlights especially puzzles Me. If I recall right it was the Nephew, and MoneyMaker Interviewed Him , pretty sure.

    I am licensed in 7 states to analyze sasquatch photos on the Internet. I studied at the Harvard school of squatchography and interned at Matt moneymakers apartment for 5 years in the late 90s. I can say without a doubt that what we are seeing here is a juvenile squatch who just had his feelings hurt by his best friend, a barn owl named Desmond who parties EVERY DAY but is actually a pretty chill bro once you get to know him

This story was circulating the internet way back in 2004, or maybe as far back as 1999. Back when everybody was on 56k dial-up modems and a "Facebook" was just a regular book with directory listing of names and headshots. This story was so disturbing and so shocking that nobody believed it at the time. It was the Robert Lindsay " Bear Hunter: Two Bigfoots Shot and DNA Samples Taken " story of the time. And like Robert's Bear Hunter story , this witness didn't have a name. The only thing known about the witness is that this person was a government employee, anonymous of course. The author of the story was a science teacher named Thom Powell who believe it really happened and that the whole story was an elaborate cover-up. Powell said the anonymous government employee alerted the BFRO about a 7.5 feet long/tall burn victim with "multiple burns on hands, feet, legs and body; some 2nd and 3rd degree burns".
