    Very interesting recording but it's obviously hoaxed. I am leaning towards it being Tim Fasano with the darts and burps edited out.

    I once saw a Skunk ape driving a cab while on vacation in Florida!
    It was a class A sighting and the smell was horrible.

      yeah it was probably an unlicensed driver without a badge.
