The Minnesota Iceman is a sideshow exhibit that depicts a man-like creature frozen in a block of ice. It was displayed at shopping malls, state fairs, and carnivals in the United States and Canada in the 1960s and early 1970s and promoted as the "missing link" between man and Neanderthals.

      yeah there were two of them. The early one that went on tour that Ivan Sanderson saw up close and the one which most people saw on tour which was a copy of the original. No one knows what happened to the original

    Look, chaps, Bigfoot have only been in North America for 1000s of years. Mountain lions weren't discovered until 2003. The first clear photograph of a bear was in 2009. Deer hadn't even been documented until the mid 1970s. Bigfoot are much bigger than all those animals so its easier for them to hide. Realistically, I'd say we should be able to get a real photo of one by 2144 and we'll be able to actually capture one by the year 3000.

BREAKING: Finding Bigfoot Production Company Seeks Filming Permit In Virginia

Rumors abound on whether or not Finding Bigfoot will continue, but hopeful news is on the horizon. Snake Oil Productions, the production company responsible for Finding Bigfoot, is seeking a permit for filming in the Monterey, Virginia area. Monterey lies between the Monongahela and George Washington National Forests. Definitely a good place to look for bigfoot. We can only speculate if this means Finding Bigfoot has been signed on for additional seasons, or if perhaps a new bigfoot show is in the works. We'll keep you updated on any further announcements for sure.
