The recent bigfoot footage from Payson Canyon, Utah continues t make the rounds in the news media. This time a fox news affiliate contacted Dr. Jeffrey Meldrum to give his opinion of the footage. Turns out, it isn't very flattering.

      my grandfather did a lot of hunting back in the day - and he said there were some thing's out there that he couldn't explain, after his passing and some time later we found a box and in it was 6 rifle rounds silver tipped, the box had a number 12 on it but there were only 6 rounds left - that happened to the other 6 rounds know one knows....

    I've said it here before, Meldrum is a good anatomist, but he has a bit of a blind spot where bigfoot is concerned. In other words, when he says something is not bigfoot, then it's definitely not bigfoot. He's never been wrong on that account. It's when he says something is bigfoot that his conclusions are dubious.

BREAKING: Finding Bigfoot Production Company Seeks Filming Permit In Virginia

Rumors abound on whether or not Finding Bigfoot will continue, but hopeful news is on the horizon. Snake Oil Productions, the production company responsible for Finding Bigfoot, is seeking a permit for filming in the Monterey, Virginia area. Monterey lies between the Monongahela and George Washington National Forests. Definitely a good place to look for bigfoot. We can only speculate if this means Finding Bigfoot has been signed on for additional seasons, or if perhaps a new bigfoot show is in the works. We'll keep you updated on any further announcements for sure.
