  6. What was a bit annoying is that the listener could only hear the campers talking instead of the animal we were supposed to be listening to.!!! Annoying.

  7. Shawn needs to get the hell away from his computer, and get out into the woods. Over advertising and under delivering is one of the greatest sins in retail. Since when is an owl hoot, terrifying?

    1. OK, I'm setting it straight, yes we had barred owls that were being called into the camp. The other noises that we heard were not barred owls. Love the comments!

  8. Now that Alaskabushpilot got caught lying about hunting leopards in the Amazon do you JREF/ISF simpletons still believe his rotten teeth happened when he pretended to be a professional fighter who fought in 2 weight classes above his weight ?

    1. I think they have to believe or they risk getting kicked out of the pretend skeptic herd.

  9. Very funny, you dumb footers have certainly had a good laugh over my minor error. It just goes to show that morons love it when one of their superiors makes a mistake! For the record, I meant to state that I hunted a jaguar in the Amazon, not a leopard!

I'll have you know that when I wrote that comment on the ISF, I had just finished working for 14 hours straight hauling logs out of the Alaskan back woods. Also, on the previous evening, I had competed in a local tough man competition and fought four bouts against men who were more than 50 pounds heavier than me! Incidentally, I won the competition! Anyway, my slight error was completely understandable under the circumstances!

And don't think that my absence from the ISF has anything to do with so called "Leopardgate." It just so happens that the CIA has recruited me for a top secret counter-terrorism mission in the Middle East, so that has obviously been taking up all of my time! Anyway, I will be back to school you idiot BLAARGers soon!

  10. Talk about asking for trouble! I am so tired of people going out into the woods and "calling" bigfoot. If you don't speak the language then why in the world would you go someplace and start mimicking or mocking whatever or whomever is obviously disturbed by your presence? It only makes sense that the next step will be some form of encounter....and maybe just maybe it will not be exactly what they wanted or thought was coming. Just stupid.

    2. Sam, I agree that what you caught answering you was NOT an owl. I am just saying that you need to be prepared for what will eventually come when you keep answering it in a language that you do not know. May I tactfully suggest that you email me and I will give you some information that will help you with your eventual contact so that it remains on an even playing field?

    4. I love it- Sam D. came wearing the suit of armor, it seems you know this place well.

In case you dont know, the persona Khat Hansen has been hijacked in the recent past and quite likely is a fraud above.

  15. Owls. Nothing to see here. Nothing to report.

Its nesting time for some species of birds. I suspect these owls are doing the same thing.
