It's hard to get science to take a look at the bigfoot phenomenon and most researchers aren't scientists. In this video, David Batdorf talks about how to bridge the gap, and apply the scientific method and practices to bigfoot field research.

    Nice try David, but no dice. You have yet to come to grips that Bigfoot is paranormal. Which is a Big problem. Bigfoot is not always visible from man's dimension, so he cannot always be observed for the study. Bigfoot cannot be controlled in a holding cell so that you can perform your studies, and then repeat them. Unless of course you have 100's of millions of dollars. Since you cannot contain them, they are free to hide in say, another dimension where the food may be a lot better. So any population studies based on impact on the local wild edible food supply, would be useless. As far as studying mental telepathy studies, you can do it the easy way or the hard way. Since you cannot either contain a Bigfoot or direct a Bigfoot to tell you what someone is thinking, then you will not be able to get them to willingly participate in a study. Or you can swallow real hard and poll the people who have a shit load more experience than you do, in working with the Sasquatch. AND ASK THEM WHAT THEY HAVE NOTICED! You will find that a vast majority of that particular group, have noticed that they are telepathic. But of course, that does not fit your scientific study requirements. So you are not happy and but scientists are happy because they get to blow you off as another crackpot. The study of the scientist's reaction could then be another study in itself. I hypothesize that no matter what painstaking steps you take in putting together a careful scientific study of anything related to a Sasquatch, that they will not seriously consider it. But rather, they either do not want to be connected to it or they will attempt to undermine it in some fashion. Why? Because they are as messed up in the head about Bigfoot, as Society is in general. Society does not want to know that Bigfoot is real, so the scientist is not about to stick his neck out and shove Bigfoot in their faces. In conclusion, the barriers for obtaining scientific acceptance of any scientific study related to the Bigfoot/Sasquatch phenomenon, are enormous and are multi-tiered. You and every self proclaimed scientific and/or critical thinking research group are all doomed to failure on all levels, and you will especially fail because you have so far failed to recognize that Bigfoot is paranormal, and resists scientific study. Please don't bother with the other parts of your presentation, because you have already failed to meet the minimum prerequisite.

BREAKING: Finding Bigfoot Production Company Seeks Filming Permit In Virginia

Rumors abound on whether or not Finding Bigfoot will continue, but hopeful news is on the horizon. Snake Oil Productions, the production company responsible for Finding Bigfoot, is seeking a permit for filming in the Monterey, Virginia area. Monterey lies between the Monongahela and George Washington National Forests. Definitely a good place to look for bigfoot. We can only speculate if this means Finding Bigfoot has been signed on for additional seasons, or if perhaps a new bigfoot show is in the works. We'll keep you updated on any further announcements for sure.
