Is this lady's lightning footage real?

A lady was filming a rainbow in a village nearby... when lightning struck. It's hard to say whether or not this is CGI. It's pretty insane.

    I am thinking of going to one of those places and have my colon rinsed, has anyone had any experience with that? Does it hurt? Will I lose weight?
