Was Famous Children's Author Inspired By Yeti Tracks?


In November of 1951, Eric Shipton and Michael Ward made a discovery of a trackway of strange footprints in the Himilayas that could only be attributed to the Yeti. Michael Ward's son Mark Ward believes famous children's author Herge was influenced by his father's photos of the tracks when he wrote "Tintin in Tibet".
