Finally! Survivorman Bigfoot Premieres Tonight in the U.S.

Tonight, April 9, 2014, Survivorman Bigfoot premieres on the Discovery channel in the United States. Canadians have already seen it, and a few bootlegs popped up here and there on the Internet (or so I've heard) but the U.S. has waited patiently, and the wait is finally over!

"Les sets out to uncover the truth about this elusive and quite possibly fictitious creature in a two-part special premiering tonight on Discovery Channel US at 10PM EST.
Bigfoot “hot spots” around the world have three common factors: they are remote; they are thickly forested, and they’re always teeming with dangerous wildlife. Part One of Survivorman Bigfoot sees Les travel to a renowned Bigfoot hot spot in an incredibly isolated and remote track of forested land deep in the Boreal Forests of Alberta, Canada. Here he debunks and tracks, searching for Sasquatch in a quest for answers to his own unexplained wilderness experiences in this groundbreaking new show.
Don’t miss Survivorman Bigfoot when it airs TONIGHT – Wednesday, April 9th – on Discovery Channel US at 10PM EST."

    2. To all you Pansies...Les is still da man.

(and remember...that's an insult to the poor flower...cuz it's actually quite hardy...unlike basement dwelling trolls).

  2. Listened to show. Good stuff.

And will watch show later this evening. Am still on the fence about old Todd. You always have to remember not everyone is "polished" and can "present" things.

Todd is NOT a radio show host. That is not his thing - yet he did a pretty good job tonight. I have a bit of knowledge about the radio "biz" and one must remember that this is not his thing. And I thought he did well all things considered.

Most of us love sports for example. How many of you think you could go out and broadcast a sporting event? Without years of training?? Think about it. You would frickin' suck - guarantee it.

    Anyway - good $hit.

Will post later after watching show.

  6. those trees look like an old hunters camp to me.

    1. Yea...they bend over a six inch diameter tree to create a "camp".

      Nope.

      Delete
    2. And "suspend" a tree for good measure.

Yea - that's a good idea. I do that when I want to construct a camp sight.

Oh - and what do they lay over the trees suspended...bended and placed 10 to 15 ft above them. Branches perhaps? Really...?

Are you going to climb up 10 or 15 feet and place the branches ("leafs etc) up there? And spread them about? Where's your ladder?

Or maybe a tarp? Why would you place it so high? If you are going to construct a temporary shelter or "camp" - you aren't going to put it up so high.

  7. 7:32 you have no idea what the words hunter camp mean.

And yes you would take the time to do all that if it was your base of operations for a lengthy time. Like say trappers, hunters, loggers ect. So yeah still no ape-man.

  8. hunters camp? wow, there's really no way to respond to that other than you must be a paid shill

great show so far, really enjoyed the heck out of it and the way it was done, although todd standing and discovery could always be pulling a fast one on good ole les stroud, I'd rather see les out there with steve rinella or ted nugent to be honest, heck even stone cold steve austin haha, they wouldn't lie about anything in the woods, and they'd definitely kill it if they had to

  9. Unkel Ted would Definitely bag him a Squatch!!! That's a great idea to get him his own Sasquatch show. He could play some music because the experts say that Squatch is attracted to Music and Ted would play it LOUD AND PROUD!!!!!!

  10. If you watch the scene where they show the camp or whatever if you watch close there looks to be a saw cut tree stump about 8-12 feet behind them in a few shots that looked to be about the same age as the camp wood looking at the discoloration of the stump. I rewound while watching just to confirm.

  11. ya, we watched the show, and i think its all fake, when they were walking down the trail and all of a sudden they supposedly heard the sasquatch "hoop" it sure sounded like it came from Les' co-host. We rewound it several times and each time it came from him.
