Watch: Yowie Film Premiers Soon in California

Travis Baine is about to make his mark in Squatchploitation with his homage to the 70's bigfoot flicks with his new film "Throwback". The movie is about a couple of treasure seekers who have a run in with the Australian Yowie, and will premiere at this year's Famous Monsters Film Festival in San Jose, California on May 17th and 18th.

"Two modern-day treasure hunters -- Jack and Kent -- venture into the remote jungles of Far North Queensland in search of lost bushranger gold. But their adventure goes terribly awry when they are threatened by a savage creature, a legendary monster known as a Yowie, Australia's answer to Bigfoot. Together with a female park ranger named Rhiannon and a burnt-out ex-homicide detective, Jack and Kent find themselves locked in a battle for survival as the territorial Yowie tries to ensure they never leave its domain alive."

  2. If you want to see bigfoot, simply mix 1 cup of pee, 2 cans of crap, and a half bag of farts. Blend well, salt to taste, and enjoy.
