Why Am I So Excited About Survivorman Les Stroud and Todd Standing Working Together?
Canadian Bigfoot researcher Todd Standing may seem a little shady to some people, but from what we've heard, Standing is a really nice guy and easy to get along with. Survivorman Les Stroud and Standing have been working together for over a year now putting together a Bigfoot hunting show, and from what we're learned, Les Stroud is now officially a Bigfooter. Standing tells MetroNews.ca that Les Stroud's Bigfoot call is "amazing":
And Standing confirms the tough-as-nails Survivorman is “the real deal” following their trailblazing expedition.
“He’s got a real deep soul. (Stroud) will do a Sasquatch call and it’s gorgeous — it sounds amazing because he’s got this beautiful voice,” Standing said.
“He’ll play a harmonica or a guitar out in the middle of nowhere and it’s beautiful.”
While careful not to leak any show secrets, Standing claims there were sightings to back-up what he’s asserted for a decade.
“It gets to the point where he looks at me and says, ‘That’s real.’”

ReplyDeleteI tend to agree, i think both Survivorman and Standing are good candidates for a show to be taken seriously. I love watching Bear Grylls and Survivorman. They inspired me to be a prepper, and to start learning to live off the land.
ReplyDeleteIve always had a good feeling about Standing. Even the bigfoot face pictures that some said was a mask looked good to me. All the pictures look lifelike and there is no doubt Sylvanic is a real place. I actually have sent Standing a few messages recently about trying to visit Sylvanic and it might just happen. Ill keep you guys posted. But Standing is the real deal folks

If Stroud stays legit and doesn't get swept up in the bullshit undertow that this subject has released, he'll bring the grand total of trustworthy Bigfoot researchers up to two. Right now, Meldrum is the only one that I wouldn't assume would steal everything I had if given the chance.

If you mean his PROFESSION dovetails with this subject then yes, he's in it for the money. But until he starts trolling for clicks on a Youtube channel by bashing the competition or claiming every rustling leaf is the proof of Bigfoot the world has been waiting for, I'm giving him a pass. At least his book is based on research he and his peers have conducted instead of piggy backing on other peoples work. ( I'm talking to you Phil Polling) As for looking over "some tracks", guess what? That's pretty much all we have thus far, no? Watch 3 minutes of Finding Bigfoot and then you'll see who's in for the money and who's in it to find some answers. You can have the Moneymaker's and the Fasano's of the world. DeleteThat's interesting that Standing would know what a sasquatch call sounds like because I heard him say on either Art Bell or another radio show a few years ago that he "had never heard a sasquatch". More BS from Todd Standing.
ReplyDeleteI'm going to try and find where he admits never having heard a bigfoot. It could have been one of the Blogtalk shows. It was quite the revelation given he allegedly began his experiences before 2004.
ReplyDeleteOh and here is the evidence laid out in how Standing was busted trying to fool everyone into thinking he has supporters. It consists of different posts by people of different names. The problem is, they all came from the same IP Address, Todd's. And he pulled the same shenanigans on a few different forums. That's how he leapfrogged along to get people to think he had lots of support.

Todd has two names. Todd Standing and Todd Rockwell. The other Todd has a sizable Video Production Company. Much is going to come out when the time is right… It is unfortunate that Les Stroud is getting tied in with Mr. Standing. I wonder if Les was EVER shown the secret entrance to Sylvanic? Kinda doubt it!
