    Host Dean Cain said recently when asked about whether he believes in bigfoot, "Well, I came into this very skeptical, and now I'm a little less skeptical."

    Gee, I wonder if they find bigfoot.

    Watching the show right now and this is an a joke! I'm actualy getting more angry as the show goes on! It's already way to much fake drama. The "Judges" are being dicks after one night of research, and they are already voting somebody off the island??? Not the mention the so called howls they were hearing on the night hunt sounded like a the same recording repeating! Um, anybody else notice how terrible this show has started?

    THIS SHOW IS HORRIBLE! The freaking real world of Bigfoot. I feel sorry for the contestants because the show is so framed to fit a reality tv model. I am not sure if Bigfoot is real but I am certain you cant find him like this show suggests.

This story was circulating the internet way back in 2004, or maybe as far back as 1999. Back when everybody was on 56k dial-up modems and a "Facebook" was just a regular book with directory listing of names and headshots. BREAKING: Finding Bigfoot Production Company Seeks Filming Permit In Virginia

Rumors abound on whether or not Finding Bigfoot will continue, but hopeful news is on the horizon. Snake Oil Productions, the production company responsible for Finding Bigfoot, is seeking a permit for filming in the Monterey, Virginia area. Monterey lies between the Monongahela and George Washington National Forests. Definitely a good place to look for bigfoot. We can only speculate if this means Finding Bigfoot has been signed on for additional seasons, or if perhaps a new bigfoot show is in the works. We'll keep you updated on any further announcements for sure.
