FBFB Standing By Rick Dyer's Claim In Midst of YouTube Channel Takedown
This is sad. It's not clear how Facebook Find Bigfoot managed to get multiple third-party copyright strikes on their YouTube channel, but their channel has disappeared. They posted this statement on Facebook this morning blaming "haters" and also defended their position supporting Rick Dyer (the 2008 Bigfoot hoaxer and the man who's charging $150 to see fake photos of Bigfoot):
Bigfoot Arnold Abner You don't know what you are talking about, We suggest you not be a small-minded fool. There has been an all out effort to shut us down via an organized copyright strike effort on the FBFB youtube account by haters. Millions of views, tens of thousands of comments, 160 videos and thousands of hours of work. all gone. All silenced and censored forever because people hated our position of support for our position. Today, Youtube permanently disabled the FBFB Youtube account. We have not "shut down" prior to the April 30th. We are still 100% behind the camper/tent videos. It is a real Sasquatch. - FBFB

The apothetes, or pit, at the foot of the cliff in question, near Mount Taygete, was excavated by archæologists in the 2000s. Long analysis of the findings found plenty of bones – but none of them belonged to infants. Instead they were all identified, by researchers from the Athens Faculty of Medicine, as having come from men between the ages of 18 and 35, who died in the 5th and 6th centuries BC. This supports the belief that criminals, traitors and prisoners of war were indeed executed in this manner – but not babies. The myth seems to have begun with, or to have been popularised by, Plutarch writing long afterwards, in the first century AD. The attractions of the story are clear: it can show either how barbaric the Spartans were, or else the necessity and rewards of ruthlessness, depending on the particular propaganda needs of the teller.

At the risk of being labeled a hipster, I have to say my favorite is Pabst, but that’s probably because it’s all I could afford when I lived in Chicago. I’ll drink Yuengling whenever I see it in the States because I can’t find that anywhere here. Now I mostly drink Devil’s Pale Ale because it’s great and easy to come by here in Ontario.

Why does the caption read "Third party complaints..."? Does that not imply someone else, a so-called hater, made the complaint? Maybe 3rd party means someone besides FB\FB and Youtube and this woman is lodging the (legitimate)complaint...

Delete^ That is not it. I went to the forum the poster above gives the link for. An artist is justifiably pissed they are using her stuff all over the place without her permission. They had a chance to fix it and blew it. Not on purpose either. Their book is apparently off the shelf as well until they address copyright issues....

Well, this lady has every right to protect her copyright, particularly when it has not only been used in the YT videos without her permission, but also in their book from which they are presumably making money. FB/FB are showing themselves to be amateur in every respect.
