Finding Bigfoot To Investigate Famous Howls Near Tahoe

The Sierras is home to many famous Bigfoot vocalizations such as the Clipper Mills howls captured in 2012 and the Sierra Sounds audio captured in the 70s by Ron Morehead and Al Berry. Finding Bigfoot is planning to shoot an episode around the Tahoe area and according to producer Sean Mantooth, the cast will use "cutting-edge technology" never before seen on the show. "It’s a creative search technique that will be completely new to veteran viewers," Mantooth told Tahoe Daily News. The online news website did not mention whether or not there will be a town hall filming, but the South Shore episode should air this summer.

  4. Boy the picture of the dude sitting on the beach with a drink and a cigar is pretty cool. I think he has just as much chance of finding bigfoot evidence there as anyone else would have on the mainland. Plus I really doubt they are into hoaxing down there. It would just be too hot in a big monkey suit.

  5. Center for Great Apes is a permanent sanctuary for orangutans and chimpanzees located in Wauchula, Florida. The center serves as a place of retirement for several ...
Chimpanzees are known to us as amusing circus attractions and are even popular as pets, but when they attack the results are frightening and horrific. Just as disturbing, across the U.S., witness reports suggest that chimpanzees may be on the loose. In the 1920s and 30s, chimps were common in Florida as part of road side carnivals and zoos, but in some cases these animals were let loose or escaped. Today, not only are attacks from pet chimps on the rise, but witnesses in Florida describe encounters with what may be wild chimpanzees.

    Wise up people.

    1. ^ what's your point wise one? You want to save all the wild chimps that are running rampant in Florida? Let the gators eat em!

    2. I live in FL, and there a fewer Chimp attacks in the wild than any other animal. That is the silliest thing I have ever heard. Yes they were used in the circus over 50 years ago and may have escaped, a breeding population of chimps wouldnt go unnoticed, they are not that smart in the wild when old pets or trick animals. Sorry but your way off the mark on this one.

    3. supporting the idea of a breeding troop of chimps in florida is far more improbable than an actual skunk ape.

    4. 45:00, you want to cite "witness reports" regarding chimps on the loose and then tell us to "wise up people"? now that's some funny shit.

  8. Correction, there were wild chimps in Florida. The last one was killed a couple years ago by some colored fellow from africa. To him it was bushmeat. He did not get into any trouble as FL dept of fish and game consider chimps invasive species. Just like python's. I read this in the offbeat news section of a Tampa newspaper.

  10. Has this ever been analyzed to rule out animal or human made?
Dogs know other canines and do not react like that is where the sounds are coming from.
There were some barks or howls mixed in but not the overall sounds.

Did this video ever get the attention of Moneymaker or the team?
At 13:09 a car that just went by honks several times--Maybe they saw something or even deer running away from the sound that were crossing the road.
