Tim Stover Still Searching For Answers After His Bigfoot Sighting In 1992

This Sunday, Animal Planet's Finding Bigfoot will be airing the Ohio episode featuring Bigfoot researchers like Tim Stover and TheSquatchMaster.

Ever since his Bigfoot encounter in 1992, Tim has been going out into the woods like clockwork, hoping to catch another glimpse of the creature. He knows Salt Fork State Park like the back of his hand and rangers even joked about building a cabin just for him.

In the video below, Tim talks about his obsession and why he goes out almost every single night.

Ohio Bigfoot Hunters: (Sharing our adventures into the unknown.) What we might claim as evidence is based on our own personal opinions and conclusions. What you see or hear in our videos doesn't prove the existence of Bigfoot/Sasquatch and we do not expect any person to believe in something that has not been scientifically proven.)

  1. I like this guy's obsession. At least he's not running out in the woods to shoot a BF. I get the feeling, though, that one of these days he'll go into the woods and never come back... There will be a legend based on this and kids will tell the stories of the woods phantom, the "Stover Man." I think Syfy needs to consider his life as plot for a Syfy Original Movie. I'm liking this. I totally get him on the obsession once you've seen one. Go dude!

    Ah, if only.

  3. Promoting liers and hoaxers is almost never good for any Bigfoot blog (That's 2 in a row now).

  4. This is dedication to a passion, and hopefully one day soon it will pay off in a big way for you. Don't let the cynics dissuade you. If you read this you might go to this site.

A kid in NE ohio just filmed this on Jan. 24 and when the camera(video) isn't moving you can clearly see a uniform dark colored bipedal creature. The kid thinks it might be a bigfoot and he might be right.

  5. And the kid is responding to all comments and questions. Seems like a real good, honest video. Nice to see you chatting to him Chuck. Is it anywhere remotely close to where u are? Do you have any opportunity to investigate?

  6. Tim Stovar has a picture of 17" prints on FB but has no video to prove where he found them or bought them online.

  7. I know Tim personally and have been with him in the field. If he's anything, he's determined. Tim has also found a lot of evidence. Not to mention capturing (in my opinion) a few seconds of video of the "Grassman". People that judge him don't know him. I'm happy for him to be on FB.
BTW Chuck that video you linked to was up somewhere near Tim's neck of the woods.
And Authumn, we can always depend on you to throw alittle "paranormal" in the mix...hahaha

  8. Only problem with the title is that Stover neglects to tell people that he hasn't been looking for 20 years. He may have had a sighting 20 years ago, but he has really only been out for the last 5 years. Saying 20 years adds effect just like pretty much everything Stover says. BTW Samuel64 , if you know Stover , then you know Tim has pretty much nothing but blobsquatches and several bogus footprints that are definitely faked here lately. Notice the last casting picture has no follow up video as to where it was casted. That's because he is tired of having to answer sensible, logical questions.

  9. @ Beer-Man and Samuel64. All the credit for the site I listed goes to the Beer-Man. He posted it yesterday. I am going to give my phone number to the Kid and see if he will have me over, of course his parents might think I'm nuts. Would like to hook up with you Samuel on this. I can reached at
cbrippee@embarqmail.com then we can exchange phone numbers.

  14. There are just a few poeplewho have done something specific for me (in this case a friend) and didn't think twice about sharing his ingenuity or time or money. I am in another part of the country and don't know him personally. But, I was impressed, his tech tips good and his work as one here puts it, determined. So, given that I am 2 thumbs on this guy right now.
