Bigfoot Evidence

This is one of the weirdest thing I've ever seen. Why did the snake commit suicide? Here's one explanation: "It's a common garter snake (non-venomous). The snake's body is pretty swollen it probably ate a large meal, or was pregnant and I suspect its death was related to one of those. Snakes are pretty tough and it doesn't look like much damage was inflicted by the bite I think it was just incidental."

Thanks to Joe Fitz for bringing this to our attention. We don't recall the last time we reported anything from the Texas Hillcountry Cryptozoological Society, but we're going to be following them closely from now on. William Allen Barnes of the Falcon Project tells us they needs 10 people for a 6 month research study program out in the back country. This will require the researchers to "stay out there". If you think you're up for it, you can contact William in the email address below. From what we understand, this is a two stage project, and the Falcon Project will come in to the field to help from the air. It sounds like an awesome adventure for sure:

In the late 90's early 2000's, a science teacher named Thom Powell picked up on a story by an anonymous government employee who alerted the Bigfoot Field Research Organization (BFRO) about a 7.5 feet long/tall burn victim with "multiple burns on hands, feet, legs and body; some 2nd and 3rd degree burns". According to the story, on August 6, 1999, Battle Mountain, Nevada, exploded into several simultaneous range fires in what would be known as the Battle Mountain Complex Fire. A Bigfoot was hurt in the fire according to an anonymous government employee. The story was later dismissed but the acclaimed author and science teacher believe it really happened and that the whole story was an elaborate cover-up.

This is pretty awesome. Haunted Hollow had some surprises for Kelly Shawn and his team. This area is one of many side canyon of that riddle Sasquatch Canyon. Kelly came upon these mysterious pictographs on the side of a cliff. One figure appears to have huge feet. Is it possible that Native Americans were trying to depict Sasquatch?
