Perhaps it is because of the lack of quality of the camera or video that makes it seem that the "pygmy" just drops into the video from nowhere..as if it was dropped in by a means other than reality..perhaps ?
Is it likely that a long lost creature/pygmy, capable of such stealth as to elude all humans for decades, is incapable of hearing 4 trial bikes and succumbing to this surprise ? We were neither shown any footprints in the wet muddy ground nor saw any movement in the long grasses when the "pygmy" moved from the track into the grasses..none at all.
The video is very interesting, but I agree, 4 loud bikes ( Like Dodson's Quad) is an alarm to these creatures! Also, the creature stayed on the path instead of going into the cover.
The pygmy would have heard the bikes coming when they were far enough away to know he/she/it was in danger - the jungle must deaden a lot of sound but those bikes were pretty loud and wouldn`t the unique sound cut through the forest ? And the most important point (that could be applied to "bigfoot" or any intelligent creature used to evasion etc) is that all the pygmy needed to do was take a few steps and it would be concealed in the jungle without any fear of being seen - the bikers would be scrambling their way past and gone within seconds with not a clue it was there.
Slowing the video down to 0;25 seems to suggest that first "encounter" with the pygmy is a miraculous appearance - although difficult to make out it doesn`t look as if the pygmy was there before it suddenly is just there - also take a look at the video where the pygmy dodges off to the left into the bushes/grasses - he seems to just as miraculously disappear and doesn`t go into the bushes/grasses - neither is there any indication of a "hole" in the bushes/grasses where he seems to go through and this is the biggest giveaway for myself - there`s no disturbance or anything but solid greenery where he "disappears".
Kittalia A. sent us the following questions about Patty, the Bigfoot in the Patterson-Gimlin film. They are all very good questions that we we wish we knew the answers to. We're no "Henry May" and it's times like this that we wish we had his number. Since we don't have Henry around whenever we need him, here are some easy questions for all you Patterson-Gimlin believers to try and answer:
Thanks to Matt Moneymaker for sharing this story with us from a guy named Thomas S. who was camping with some friends near the French Meadows Reservoir in August 2012. This remote, forested basin is located on the American River approximately 58 miles east of Auburn in the Sierra Nevada's. Before his encounter, the man thought Bigfoot "was just for entertainment purposes", but he changed his tune when he ended up with messy drawers that night. "That will teach to goof on our show," says Matt.
Uh Oh. Here we go again, folks. M.K. Davis originally brought up this theory called the "Bluff Creek massacre" theory back in 2008 at a conference. The controversial theory was immediately rejected by the Bigfoot community and Davis was shunned from ever speaking about it again. According to Davis, based on his expert film analysis and color enhancements of frame 352 of the PG film, he theorizes that the Patterson party had been to the Bluff Creek site at least once before returning to capture their famous Bigfoot video. His theory also suggests that the party probably murdered a family of Bigfoots and buried their bodies. Davis points to an enhanced anomaly resembling a bloody dog print and a pool of blood as proof of his theory.

But I have become somewhat cynical.

DeleteA.C. Collins thought they said "very fat short naked man" and showed up.
ReplyDeleteNot an orang pendek. The orang pendek has been described as having hair similar in color to an orangutan. This thing has no hair.
ReplyDeleteThis is a naked dude who was surprised and freaked out.
