There you have it. The following statement is straight from the horse’s mouth. Bigfoot, according to the good doctor, is real. Dr. Melba Ketchum recently sent out a press release claiming to have scientific proof of Bigfoot. However, she has yet to reveal the names of the PhDs or universities involved in her study. All we have are her words. Earlier today, when asked upfront whether Bigfoot is real or not, Ketchum answered without hesitation: "Yes, it is real."

Do you believe in Zombies? What about Zombie Bigfoots? Yes? No? Maybe Finding Bigfoot's latest episode in Australia will change your mind if you don't believe in Zombies or Zombie Bigfoots. Last night, the team investigated a Yowie report by a guy named Mark. Mark told the tale of finding 8 goats in trees near his house. According to Mark's story, the goats all had their guts and brains taken out and the cuts all appeared to have been made using a sharp tool-- perhaps a sharp rock.

While looking at videos on YouTube from around the world, of possible Bigfoot, Yeti or Yowie sightings I came across this interesting video posted by YouTube user, TheComradeRussia, back on Aug 3, 2011. One person commented that the event took place in the area of Murmansk Russia. It’s hard to tell from what happening in the video and it’s unclear whether it’s a practical joke being played since I do not know Russian. It’s possible that these three comrades had the scare of their life during this possible sighting of a Yeti or Wildman. The cameraman was focusing on the two other talking and it seems only when the figure peeked over the fence did they realize something was not right about it, but hey… I could be wrong since I do not understand what they are saying.

Check out this latest video by Facebook Find Bigfoot. It features Bigfoot researcher Lori Simmons, co-author of the book, "Tracking Bigfoot" and member of " Extreme Expeditions ". With a parabolic mic, Simmons and her pals caught what seems to be the "best" audio recording of a Sasquatch growl.

Syfy's annual New Year's marathon of the classic anthology "The Twilight Zone" begins early this morning and will run until early Wednesday, January 2. Okay, so it really doesn't have anything to do with Bigfoot. Still, it's a fun show to reminisce about. Produced and many scripts masterfully penned by creative genius Rod Serling, the show remains unmatched in originality and creativity. It isn't often that a television show can maintain it's first class position through the passing of decades and generations the way Twilight Zone continues to do.

This video was filmed at Deep Creek Lake State Park Maryland, about miles west of Cumberland. The dark figure is seen walking in the snow. According to Youtube user, Chuck P., local farmers in the area have plenty of stories to share about Sasquatch and he thinks this may be one of the creatures.

In this latest video by Florida skunk ape hunter, Tim Fasano, he gives several reasons why he thinks there is no such person as Ed Smith. Smith claims he is in contact with Team Quantra and has been relaying information about a captured Bigfoot named " Daisy ". Watch below:

Tonight on Finding Bigfoot , we will finally see what Cliff Barackman was talking about when he said that the Australia episode of Finding Bigfoot will blow our minds . According to Bobo, while in Australia, the team managed to capture some "really compelling audio" of the Yowie from two active locations. He's now convince that there's an unknown species lurking in the woods of Australia. "We got some really compelling audio," he said. "Maybe the best one as far as audio recordings."

Dr. Matthew A. Johnson is one of the most credible people in the Bigfoot world. 11 years ago, Dr. Johnson had a "Class A" Bigfoot encounter with his family while hiking near the Oregon Caves . After his life changing sighting, he went to the public and described one of the most intense encounters ever.

It has been less than 24 hours since Ed Smith stated that he was no longer relaying information from Team Quantra regarding their capture of "Daisy", the captured Bigfoot. In this latest update posted on the Mid-America Bigfoot Research Center Forums , Smith is back again, and he now says he is in contact with Mr. Alexander, one of the principles in Quantra Group. "I'm proposing a conference call or meeting be between the principles of Quantra, MABRC, Meldrum (if Available), Hovey (if Available), myself and some others. I hope we can come to agreement on this," Smith wrote.

Those which follow the Bigfoot enigma have to learn right away to be disappointed. In this search to find the true evidence on Bigfoot, the first rule you must learn is great claims require even greater undeniable proof. We have seen in 2012 several claims of a captured Bigfoot, whether dead or alive as the supposed team Quantra who Ed Smith, an avid and trusted poster in the MABRC forums, mistakenly received a coded message; “ we have Daisy in a box ” and released.

Last month, Dr. Melba Ketchum published a statement about that her Bigfoot DNA paper she submitted to peer review. If her paper passes science will finally accept the fact that Bigfoot is real. One sample in her study is a piece of tissue (confirmed to be bear) submitted by Justin Smeja, the bear hunter who claims he shot two Bigfoots in near Mt. Haskell, California. According to reports, this piece is an important part of Dr. Ketchum's study. The problem is that Ketchum never asked Smeja for his own DNA to rule out the possibility of contamination.

We can't tell whether the boar in this video actually killed the deer or just scavenging. If it did kill the deer, then we have to say the wild boar population is out of control and they must be stopped! Bigfoot Evidence reader, Giganto-Ape Bigfoot, ‏shared the following video with us on Twitter :

Is the government actively engaged in keeping Bigfoot under wraps? Will we be successful filing Freedom of Information documents to uncover the truth? Just because Ed Smith said he's not making any more statements regarding Team Quantra does not mean that their claim of a captured Bigfoot named "Daisy" is a hoax . D.W. Let me start by saying I am not giving this story any credence I am just answering a proposed question. Why all the secrecy sounding the capture of a bigfoot.

While we wait another 24 hours for the " press conference " to happen, here's the latest news to clear up a few things. First, the video Tim Fasano uploaded to YouTube about the release of "Daisy" is a satire piece-- a joke. Since publishing his video, Fasano has been inundated with emails telling him he's a liar and that the story about the release of "Daisy" can't possibly be true. To clear things up, Fasano was forced to  put up a post on his blog this morning stating that Team Quantra has no Bigfoot "even if the team still exist".

If there's something fishy going on in the world of Bigfoot, Matt Moneymaker is always the first to start calling people out. Moneymaker was the first to call out the Bigfoot-in-a-freezer hoax of 2008 and since then he's been right about many things including the much debated Russian Bigfoot video which FBFB thought showed a real Sasquatch-- The video was later proven to be an actor in a Bigfoot suit .

Here is #7 of our "10 Days of Bigfoot" videos we're posting until the year 2012 ends. While we wouldn't necessarily label these videos as our Top 10, they are all quite interesting to watch.

Bigfoot is once again reported, to be safely contained in a Box at an unknown, unreported, secret location, guarded by MIBs. Spoiler alert-- Michael is attacked by a venomous Rodent while on location. Does he survive, does he get the anti-venom in time?

Squatch Unlimited just published an extensive history of Team Quantra and their connection to the MABRC Bigfoot research group headed by D.W. Lee. Who is Team Quantra? What about Ed Smith? Is he still with Team Quantra or is he with the MABRC? All this and more is revealed in Rob Gaudet's new post titled, "Quantra Bigfoot Capture Story, Separating Fact from Fiction".

Hey people! Please stop sending in fake stories of captured/dead Bigfoots . We have to admit, though, some of you are quite clever at making up fantastic stories, and this latest one takes the cake. We have one advice: If you're going to make something up, at least make it sound believable! The following account is an email from a guy who claims he was there during the examination of "Daisy"-- the Bigfoot captured by Team Quantra. This person wants to remain anonymous and hasn't responded to any of our emails yet. While reading this, please try not to laugh:

D.W. Lee, the Chief Forum Administrator/MABRC Executive Director, posted this memo as soon as their server came back online. Since the news broke yesterday  morning that Team Quantra had captured a live Bigfoot specimen, traffic had brought MABRC's web server to its knees. The following is what we've been able to pull from their forums. According to Lee, Ed Smith will be posting a "90 page document" on the capture of the Bigfoot named "Daisy". Here's the post:

In this video, Florida skunk ape hunter, Tim Fasano, claims he just got off the phone with Central Command headquarters and they've informed him that the captured Bigfoot, Daisy , has been released and all records of capture destroyed. He writes:

Phil manages to find this video of a Bigfoot in the snow. He is less than enthusiastic about it.

The news just keeps coming and even more details have surfaced. Ed Smith now claims that " Daisy ", the Bigfoot, has now been moved to an "examination area" where it could take up to 72 hours to conduct the examination. A press release is expected to happen within the 48 hours. Details about the creature's weight, height, hair color and gender is still unknown at this time. Here's what Smith posted this morning via the  Mid-America Bigfoot Research Center Forums :

Image above is NOT the Bigfoot What the f************ck! This can't be happening. The only way out of this now is for the box to simply disappear (M.I.B. disappear). According to D.W. Lee, the Quantra Team is not backing off from their claim that they have a Bigfoot named "Daisy" in a box . There's really no backtracking for Team Quantra now. As certain as they sound, it's checkmate for Bigfoot! Check out this statement from Lee, head of the MABRC. They've been in contact with Quantra, a team started 10 years ago set out to prove the existence of Bigfoot.

Image above is NOT the captured Bigfoot Watch what happens when a 33-ton shark tank suddenly explodes along a busy Shanghai pedestrian shopping mall. This was all captured on a closed circuit security camera and the footage shows four people standing immediately in front the gigantic 23 ft-by-10 ft shark aquarium at the Oriental Shopping Center moments before it shattered. According to  ABC News , the December 19 explosion left 15 bystanders injured and three sharks dead.

The only bone he has thrown to us is that the capture "did not happen in Oklahoma". According to Lee, there are currently no photos or videos of the capture. Stay tuned for more! Ed Smith and D.W.Lee of the MABRC ( mid-americabigfoot.com ) reports of Team Quantra's Bigfoot Capture.

Image above is NOT the Bigfoot Team Quantra, who's responsible for putting out the memo earlier today about a possible " live capture " of Bigfoot has yet to publish anymore details, but don't worry, we promise keep you up to date as the information comes. Bigfoot Evidence reader Jeffery while browsing their MABRC's forum today discovered an interested thread with the title: "The Procurement of a Live Bigfoot Specimen - Op Program". Ed Smith, the man who published the memo today posted this info about how to go about capturing a Bigfoot. Ed Smith is now a former of Team Quantra and the following information may have been vital in capturing the live specimen... That's if the memo is true.

Image above is NOT the Bigfoot DW Darkwing Lee just posted this bombshell about a possible capture of Bigfoot. The information is sketchy at the moment, but according to Lee's Facebook status, the Quantra team, "the original 6", may have something extraordinary in their possession. The code name they're giving the Bigfoot is "Daisy" and according to the post by Ed Smith, a forum Sr. Researcher at the Mid-America Bigfoot Research Center Forums , they have "Daisy" in a box.

In this installment of "Tales Of Wild Men", a hunter is brutally attacked by an alleged Sasquatch, ripping out the hunter's eye and biting him all over his body. After violently pulling the man from his saddle, the creature takes off on his horse.

The photograph above was recently submitted to the BFRO. It was taken back in June near Red Lodge, Montana. It is clear something large and black is in the photo. According to the BFRO investigator who received the photographs, the figure in picture does not appear to have black bear characteristics although there are definitely black bears in the area. The witness did not realize that they had inadvertently photographed a Sasquatch sitting by the creek. The comparison photograph between the father of the witness and the Sasquatch is below. Justin Smeja is the person who claims he shot two Bigfoots in the Sierras in October 2010. He recovered a tissue samples 5 weeks after the shooting. Unsure about the tissue's origin, Smeja sent it to multiple DNA labs for testing. After months of testing, the lab results have finally been released and it shows "bear" as the major contributor of nuclear and mitochondrial DNA .
