When a missing page from the diary of John Wilkes Booth surfaces, Benjamin Franklin Gates' (Nicolas Cage) great-great grandfather is suddenly implicated as a key conspirator in Abraham Lincoln's death. Determined to prove his ancestor's innocence, Ben follows an international chain of clues that takes him on a chase from Paris to London and ultimately back to America. 3. If Smeja used the pickup truck door frame to steady a shot, that would require the truck to be right there at the scene of the shootings. Which begs the question, why didn't he bring back a body for the world to see? After shooting and killing an adult bigfoot and a baby bigfoot, ANYONE would haul one or both of them away with the truck that is right there.

    The Smeja story is BS.
