If someone credible like a wildlife officer, who has worked with animals like bears for a living tells you it wasn't a bear that he saw, you have to believe him.

Finding Bigfoot's Ranae Holland is probably one of our favorite skeptics. Whether you love her or hate her, you have to give it to her for standing up for clarity on the subject. On the show, it's clear to most people that she's the most objective person on the team when it comes to searching for evidence. What's most liked about her is that she's coming from a place of respect and tolerance, which is unique in the playing field of "critical thinkers".

It seems as though only the "inner circle" of people handling the Ketchum Report actually knows whether or not it is credible. Is it real? We've been led on so much that we don't know and won't know until it is published. There are people who will pop up in forums every now and then, sticking up for Dr. Ketchum's credibility like I stick up for no-kill. For a while the good doctor herself would pop up on Facebook to give a little information that was basically not information at all. ...

Shealy runs a museum dedicated to the skunk ape of the Everglades, a popular tourist attraction in the Everglades of Ochopee, Florida. Shealy became interested in the animal after he and his brother saw one as children. He has long been trying to get government sponsored monies to study and organize searches for the smelly swamp creature.

Today is probably one of the biggest news to come around in a LONG time for the Bigfoot community. The news of a Bigfoot DNA study headed by an Oxford University professor, Bryan Sykes, is spreading like wildfire throughout the world and many news websites are finally taking a serious interest (without out the snarkiness) in what could possibly lead to one of the biggest biological discovery of our time.

Dr. Bryan Sykes On April 28, 2012 , Dr. Jeff Meldrum of Idaho State had lunch with Dr. Bryan Sykes (a professor and author of and the New York Times best-seller The Seven Daughters of Eve ) to talk about the possibility of starting up a Bigfoot DNA study. Meldrum mentioned his discussion with Dr. Sykes at the Pacific Northwest Conference on Primal People last month. Much about the DNA project had never been officially discussed or recognized outside the Bigfoot community-- until now.
