      Very typical of Asia. This isn't even funny, it's just another kind of animal cruelty they think it's cute and I bet they don't even understand they're making fun of the chimp. To them it's completely innocent, but it reveals a defect in their intelligence. In fact, they're the dumb ones thinking it's amusing to basically jolt the chimp. This isn't half as cute as you might think on first look.
