  1. Each episode of Expedition Bigfoot seems like more and more staged BS.

Last night's latest episode even added disappearing sasquatches and unexplained white lights in the sky to the mix.

What a bunch of scripted, contrived horse dung.

  3. This is a true story. In 1984 I was a counselor at a summer camp for Develpmentay Disabled teens in the Muskoka region of Ontario. The counselos were all social work students in their late teens/early twenties and after we got the guests to their cabins we would often pair off and go for moonlit canoe rides. On one of these paddles I was with a cute girl I had been crushing on all summer. We agreed to go to an island about 30 minutes away by canoe and have a few beers.
Arriving at the island we both heard tremendous crashing plowing through the Bush heading away from us. The next thing that happened was we heard a tremendous splash! We laughed it off assuming it was a moose. After the "moose" paddled away we were overwhelmed by the sound of silence. Deafning silence! We both had a spooky feeling and I was trying to act macho by pretending not to be scared. 10 or so minutes later we started to hear growling. Very deep and menacing but not loud, barely perceptible but unmistakable. Pretending to be the tough guy that I wasn't, I threw a baseball sized rock from the direction I thought it was coming from. Nothing happened for two beats then all hell exploded. A massive roar shook us, the island, I swear I saw the leaves in the trees shake! My friend was already in the front of the boat screaming for me to push off and get in. I didn't need a second invite; I ran for the canoe and as I was looking back I saw a monster. It was a dogman but it had a necklace of teeth around its neck and red pigment over its eyes in a line that extended over both eyes, the bridge of its nose and continuing around its head. WTF? Has anybody experienced this? It looked like war paint,

  4. "Has anybody experienced this?"

No, but I saved a lot of money on car insurance by switching to Geico.
