  3. Another weekend has gone and zero bigfoots found despite hundreds of thousands of walkers, hunters, scientists, campers, hikers, photographers, runners, forest management etc all out in the places where this species is supposed to be.

Yet another death knell in the coffin of footery.

    2. With hundreds of thousands of walkers, hunters, scientists, campers, hikers, photographers, runners, forest management etc all out in the places where this species has been found to leave physical evidence, there is three database of reports that transition from thousands of years of cultural acknowledgement. If there was no physical evidence to substantiate such a frequency of reports, then your drivel would have some basis in fact... But he problem is there is too much of it. For example, Anna Nekaris has classified new species of nocturnal primate with one hair sample. Sasquatch has 12 hair samples, all studied and verified to be uniform by Henner Fahrenbach who worked for thirty years as Chairman of the Laboratory of Electron Microscopy at the Oregon Regional Primate Center in Beaverton, Oregon. He has published numerous papers in a variety of journals in the fields of histology and neurobiology, in addition to several analyses of sasquatch biology. This is just one area of evidence that this creature can be seen to exist.

The troll's fantasy is to control everyone in thinking "Bigfoot" is a fantasy. Unfortunately, the Internet provides a platform for these people to act this way. The psychopathic personality is a particularly antisocial and predatory one, with a major characteristic being a high need for control.

    4. It's funny how in all these lists you never seem to highlight the physical, biological, audio and video footage that makes all your focus a little pointless? You should be focussing on what CAN be measured by science, dear troll. Everything else afterwards is irrelevant when the creature you're trying to sensationalise is by scienific methods being shown to be leaving its sign on the environment.

      As it stands, the scientific evidence points to infrasound being the only crazy attribute Sasquatch can achieve, that has been shown to exist with available scientific means;
      http://www.sasquatchcanada.com/uploads/9/4/5/1/945132/kts_p182-186.pdf

... It's not so much the attributes we assign, as it is you sensationalising the paranormal because you are too stupid to take what's been addressed by science, and attempt to explain it away with conventional means. In short; you're out of your depth.

3:56... That's a good lad... Keep your focus on t*rds, at least you're not punching above your weight then.

  5. Reading the past comments I see the FOREVER WAR (as I like to call it) continues. I suppose it's all in good fun and some of the comments are entertaining but I have learned not to expect any earthshaking revelations here. But it's a harmless pastime and I know there are worse ways to spend idle time.

Last night at a party I was got into a discussion with a woman about reality shows and the subject of Finding Bigfoot came up. Turns out she thinks Bigfoot does exist and I asked her why she thought so. She in turn answered because of watching the Finding Bigfoot program. Now it is my opinion that the show has done more harm than good in getting people to believe in Bigfoot. I would be curious to know what the people here think? I am mainly interested in the thoughts of those here who do believe but anyone can feel free to chime in with their opinion. I myself think it has made a mockery of the subject with each passing year but that's just me.

    1. I am absolutely 100% certain that bigfoot does not exist and the more hoops joe tries to jump through to change skeptics minds the more it gets solidified in my mind that it is no more than a myth.

    2. I'm a believer in bigfoot 100%. I started believing in bigfoot for the same reason as your female friend. Finding Bigfoot has proved time after time that bigfoot exists. Matt Moneymaker is like a god to me and I have a small crush on Bobo. All you skeptics out there should watch just one episode and I know you will be convinced that magic apes exist.

    4. Not much response but I thank those that did. Maybe it's just an off day. Thanks AC Collins, I don't consider myself having much of any style but I appreciate the sentiment all the same.

Now if I did believe in Bigfoot I don't think I would be too pleased with that show. All these years and nothing really to show for it. I realize it's mainly for entertainment but it's the same formula show after show and I think it's weak in that area as well. As for having a skeptic (Ranae) in the cast I consider that a token effort and pretty much window dressing. All in all it's pretty one-sided and frankly boring to watch.

      Just my two cents.

    7. 4:16... Are you 100% sure? I mean... I have friends who are "110% sure that Bigfoot doesn't exist", yet they are comfortable enough in their belief system to not have to reinforce that all day, every day of their lives. It's not the actions of someone who's too confident about that stance.

You've been told a million times, nobody is trying to convince a fanatical denialist like you, but merely use you as the archetype idiot off the street, which you character portray amazingly. I mean... For someone who comes along every day to convince people that they're stupid, isn't it slightly ironic that you should have better arguments for the one thing that makes your efforts a little futile?

      (The evidence)

Mr Curious, I find it very rhetorical, and far more telling of YOUR thought processes that you would try to condescend anyone remotely knowledgable about this subject, reality TV shows and how the wilderness works at night... Anyone with a brain can see this isn't a serious effort at finding what is allegedly one of the most elusive creatures on the planet. The only remotely interesting part of the show is the eyewitness reports with height comparisons, and even those can't be shown to be reliable at some of the distances people are reporting these creatures on the show.

    8. I take that as a "no I am not a fan" of the program. Well, at least we agree on that.

My apologies - I did not realize your were the spokesman for every believer who watched the program. So I take it that you hold in contempt any advocate who does approve of their methods?

      Delete
    9. I'm not ignorant enough to think I talk on behalf of anyone. But unfortunately, the majority of people who believe in the existence of this creature watch that show, and it's no coincidence that they have their knowledge of the evidence for this subject embodied in that programme.

      Delete
    10. Fair enough. I have no problem with most shows about Bigfoot but that program has run it's course. I don't think it is doing the field any favors.

    11. Perhaps if they pared down the episodes and spent their budget on more in-depth research maybe, just maybe they might yield results. Personally, I would interject Native Americen accounts and legends into the program (a la Bigfootville) to make the show more interesting.
