Best investigation I've ever seen in bigfooting (good job bart and phil) and every negative comment I've seen thus far is taken apart in their videos and reports. I'm only halfway through all the stuff provided and got answers to all my questions.
We need more investigations like this, how anyone in the world, believer or skeptic could not give a thumbs up to this effort is very telling about the kind of people this subject draws in

Bart has been at it for over a decade and goes hard man I was out with him in CA in 08.This wasn't his second night out it was probably his 1000th. he also had like 5-6 yrs between thermal sightings and got this one.be willing to bet you didn't even look at more than the breakdown video. some of you haters are pathetic and Bart and crew just destroyed your arguments about these being guys from camp. did you even listen to the audio for god's sake?

I believe bigfoot exists, I just seriously question a lot of the evidence that is presented. I guess I consider myself a skeptic about everything (aliens, ghosts, chupacabra, etc), who happens to believe in bigfoot because I've seen one.

DeleteI've been going through their analysis report and I'm absolutely convinced these were NOT guys from their campsite. Not possible as the numbers and heights rule that out.
DeleteI haven't ruled out people but am having a hard time with it because these guys crossed their T's and dotted their I's.
I wasn't expecting much and feel foolish because my expectations have been exceeded and I'm not easily impressed, then again I'm not one for blurting out accusations that make me look stupid like 10:57.
They accounted for everyone in their groups whereabouts, which is necessary with thermal. What I haven't read, yet, is if they tried to rule out other people in the area: visitor logs, interviews with rangers(I guess)....

DeleteI can understand not being sold on bigfoots being real but the last thing this is is a hoax as if it wasn't for Bart I might've suspected that. However I was blown away by the audio, the reports and what they covered, the indep investigation, the approach. The only people throwing out hoax here are seeing what they think is ambiguous footage and caring about the work these guys did and have provided here. This is my opinion is the gold standard, maybe not best footage (though it looks good the more you watch) but of investigation.

Have you ever heard the word con man? Con is short for confidence. They fool you by gaining your confidence. The bigfoot world is rife with con men. Even the serial bigfoot hoaxing jackasses still fool people.

I don;t know if Cutino or the other guys caught this but I did...listen to the audio back at camp. I'm actually convinced he is a great witness observer by that audio they provided as as he clearly describes what he filmed very accurately to the other guys asking him left and right, right after it happened and is right on the mark by saying the footage is distant and not clear. matter of fact, he describes it to a tee.

You weren't the only one as I think it's Ro and Sanh (don't know what this Todd guy sounds like)who ask bart mutliple times about what he was filming and I'll be damned if he if bart didn't clearly describe the footage exactly like what we see. That told me alot about him and I'm blown away by this investigation. I agree with some others here that every assumption that's negative is covered in these reports and I'm reading bart's question/answer one right now as I post this.
How anyone could say these are guys from camp, a hoax is a travesty as that audio says a lot in my humble opinion. The haters arguments are weak and these people who I assume are skeptics complain about researchers not following protocol as these ones did and the skeptics won't even read stinking reports these guys must've took a long time to write.

Thermal imaging is 100% useless as evidence for bigfoot. It's easier to fake than footage made with a regular camera and a costume.

DeleteThe camera defect is minor according to Bart and he explained it on the BFF pretty clearly. I agree with him as it's clear its minor when I went back in the report and the clarity wasn't that far off imo.

also that guy kip wasn't part of their party only for the reenactments as the tallest guy they had there according to Lietermans report was Bart and he held the camera and would still be short by quite a bit. how do you explain that? I guess it's easier to not try.
I'm sorry, but a thermal image of an ambiguous blog will never ever convince me that bigfoot is real. I don't care if its 20 feet tall. It's far more plausible that somebody made a suit that's producing a heat signature than the idea that we are looking at a 7 foot gorilla. All thermal is worthless evidence. If you can't understand that it's no wonder you believe in magic monkeys.

From what I have seen and I trust these guys and the follow up reenactment is good, I will conclude they filmed actual bigfoots. The behavior is typical of a campsite setting.
ReplyDeleteHowever the filmed subjects are nowhere close to the images that Stacy Brown was able to obtain. It just goes to show how damn difficult it it to obtain good evidence of these creatures, (if those had been bears at night we also would not be able to tell), and how lucky Stacy was.
