I Think Steven Streufert Is The Most Anti-Ketchum Guy In The Universe
Steven Streufert is a friend of BFE, and he does not mind us calling him anti-Dr. Melba Ketchum -- trust us. It's obvious by all the negative Bigfoot DNA related articles and critical questions about Ketchum's study posted in his Facebook group, "Coalition for Reason, Science, Sanity in Bigfoot Research", that he's not too fond of Ketchum.
What really bugs him the most is the fact that he can't find anything on record about the science journal, "Journal of Advanced Multidisciplinary Exploration in Zoology", Ketchum supposedly purchased before renaming it to DeNovo. "No prior papers. No authors. No editors. No peer reviewers. FAKE," Streufert complained on Facebook:
Can anyone out there find any information on the record and credentials of the "Journal of Advanced Multidisciplinary Exploration in Zoology," which Melba Ketchum supposedly bought and which supposedly did "peer review" on her paper? It is entirely gone, so far as I can tell (dead link), and not turning up anywhere in Google save in being mentioned in Bigfoot DNA-related articles. I suspect this "Journal" was a big nothing that never published much of anything, if anything at all. IS KETCHUM LYING TO US???
Another problem he has with Ketchum is that she chose a less than professional website creation tool to create the DeNovo Science Journal website. He found several mistakes on their page, including a spelling error. "They can't even spell their own name: '©DeVono Scientific Publishing,'" he wrote:

I remember talking to another anon last Nov/Dec and he'd search through court records and couldn't find her listed as a witness in any criminal case. I thought her job was mainly to do with pedigree animals like horses, dogs and cats varifing pedigrees and stuff? One of the editors of Nature magazine even suggested that today's Orang Pendek sightings could be homo floresiensis so they're obviously open minded. This whole it's Bigfoot so they all laughed at me is great to hide behind and also saying exactly what all the conspiracy theorists and people who have been ridiculed for their beliefs think would happen. It's telling people what they want to hear, that science mocks Bigfoot and wants to protect the traditional view of human evolution when infact people are publishing papers that challenge the old view of evolution all the time. If she did get mocked and refused publication was it maybe the study not the Sasquatch that caused it? Maybe it's bad science?

You heard her yourself, mainstream science is afraid of the truth because it's not the Darwinism they've been taught. They're either dumber than shit, which gievne their long educations is unlikely, or they're part of the status quo cover-up and the latter seems to be the case sadly. Also, I do not claim that I know that was a Bigfoot in my yard. I describe what I heard and experienced. I did not actually see it. It was definitely something living, a big animal moving through the forest around my cabin. I say it *could* have been a Bigfoot, especially as it is difficult to imagine what else it could have been. It certainly did not sound and move like a bear or a deer.

I guess I was assuming w/ a name like "Coalition for Science and Sanity" would have posts about actual facts that support the idea of Bigfoot's existence. Boy was I completely way off base there.

It should not be a matter of "proving a belief to be real." It should be a discovery of what is real and what is not, and the ability to tell the difference. Even if Bigfoot is real, it has to be admitted that most of the claimed evidence and claims about it are going to be exaggerated products of confirmation bias, wishful thinking, and perhaps outright false or hoaxed. That is just the nature of this pursuit.
